Only modded one can play multi region.. Asian assigned PS2 are JP only

Somewhere aroun RM450 I think.. haven't been to the outside word for months now

Practicability shouldn't be a concern.. you have seen many successful gaming programmers or whatever they are and they didn't just achieve those with fairy tales. Their hard works and sacrifice aren't seen by average gamers like you and I.
