Took me 1 hour plus to transform Jetfire from robot mode to jetmode. It's kinda difficult to align everything in good shape. Anyway it's freakin' huge and definately a cool figure though. Not planning to combine with Prime as the combination sux (just my 2 cents), not movie accurate, limitation in movement and posing. For me it's good enough by individual.
