Has anyone bought Scout Class Scalpel? I think there's an issue on his "Cracking" sign around the legs joint. The first one i bought shown 2 cracking signs and then after i asked for a replacement..it was worst then the prevous fig..it shows 3-4 cracking sign on his legs joint..oh sigh..has anybody encounter this issue as well..
