no, full cycle only happen if u charge from less than 20% to 100%, if u chrage from 60% then it will likely count as a half cycle...just for info, it's good to charge from less than 20%, but not always neccessary to do that,
but it's BAD things if u charge not till the battery full...
so make sure u always charge ur battery till it show 100%
u can charge when it still in 30, 40 or even 70, but just make sure it reach 100% in the end of charging.
