My Batt Drain very fast after I upgrade to 3.0 and I need to charge half a day.

And I found a strange thing when charging.
I Connect the phone to the socket.
Sometimes the batt sign change to charging. And sometimes the batt sign change to the sign like charge finish.
But my battery level still maintain at around 20 or 30 % ( cause I just started to charge)
