Battery Drain/Usage on iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4, What to do? How? Solution?

Different for me.. When I go to sleep, my IPhone Battery is at 53%.
I wake up at 10.00 AM, battery still at 49%. Then untill evening I use at 5.00 PM the battery is at 21%. Is that normal? |

Just now I charged my IPhone 4 untill full 100%.
I played a bit and the percentage drop 2%. I can actually see how fast the battery power dropping. Is that normal? |

Turning off Battery Percentage makes me feel it stayed longer..huhu
