geezzz ,  out of sudden standby time = usage time. I tried to solve this problem by choosing "Reset all settings" and the problem will temporary solve, but the problem will be back after 2 days , not sure i already reset my phone for how many times d , maybe more than 100times, do let me know if there is any better solution, Thanks.

1st. Turn off WiFi.

2nd. Turn on everything on cellular data (3G, Cellular Data, Data Roaming)

3rd. Wait until iPhone gets 3G signal, after it wait ~5mins

4th. Turn off 3G (DO NOT connect to any Wi-Fi networks before this is done), DO NOT turn off cellular data and data roaming.

5th. Turn on Wi-Fi. Connect to Wi-Fi if available.
This is the final solution for me! It works 100%

Try this solution

- close ALL running apps

- turn notifications OFF

- turn PUSH mail OFF

- set FETCH mail to MANUALLY

- signout from APPS STORE (Settings -> Store -> apple id -> signout)

THEN;

- turn off WiFi.

- turn on everything on cellular data (3G, Cellular Data, Data Roaming)

- Wait until iPhone gets 3G signal, after it wait ~5mins

- Turn off 3G (DO NOT connect to any Wi-Fi networks before this is done), DO NOT turn off cellular data and data roaming.

- Turn on Wi-Fi. Connect to Wi-Fi if available.

- put phone into standby mode. check usage/standby after 5 minutes

It's caused by frequent hard reset.....
you can simulate it by:

turn on wifi ---> turn 3g & data off ---. hard reset ----> charge iphone to full -----> tadaa... standby = usage rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
