Battery Drain/Usage on iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4, What to do? How? Solution?

I have try for a week left the phone charging through out the sleeping night.
Today I just realize after 6 hour unplugged batt indicator show 98%.then turn 3G to post this already consume 2%.damn,3G does drain the batt like water |
