Battery Drain/Usage on iPhone 2G/3G/3GS/4, What to do? How? Solution?

My battery drains 1% every 2-3 minutes non-idling.
No app opened. No wifi. No 3G. No music. Nothing. Brightness and volumn on default settings. Certainly need a replacement for it. |
