u can just pass the letter to HR and not inform ur supervisor.

however i doubt u can avoid the "call into room" session u dread so much.

u may, however, choose not to go into the room, in which likely u will get a warning letter for insubornidation.

u tender in writing, and if u follow ur emplyment contract with sufficient notice period and all,

employer CANNOT stop u from leaving.
