As for the rule:



this rule is applied on WCG 2006 as well for the game 2006 FIFA WC. Apparently it is a very important rule based on the WCG forums I have visited.

We will be changing the rules and regulation to suit 2006 FIFA World Cup game title. The rules posted was made before the game was out, hence a lot of confusion. We will update the new set of rules by tomorrow.

CEL = Computer and Electronic

Anyway CELgames should not be categorised as the warm up match for WCG. It will distort the purpose of having CELgames in the first place.

Any organiser always puts out their best effort for their own game event, and it is unfair to brand all of them as best or second.

If you put this word in the market, no one will ever dare to organise tournaments anymore. It will most probably be WCG's warm up match's warm up match.
