Anyone installs any patches to your FIFA 06? I like to install some modifications to my FIFA such as boots, balls or rosters...but i scare after i install them...i will be unable to play online matches...so anyone installed and still can play online?

So did you install any patches into your FIFA 2006? I want to know which patches that you installed and have no problem playing online matches as well.

siLDes my meaning of playing online doesn't mean the EA Online larr...i'm meaning online play using either Direct IP or Network larr

That's because we have no money to buy original lerr...you guys rich so can afford every original FIFA version...i've spent on my Logitech Rumblepad 2 so no money to buy original FIFA 06 even i really want one too sigh

Your league system looks cool and good enough if you can add FIFA 06 in as well...but i still don't know how your league system actually goes...mind to explain more here? Do we need to pay to join? If yes, how much?

If there's a website for the new season of FIFA 06 like yours, then it would be cool. I don't mind if you can take over the new season in your new league system for a better and more professional FIFA league

Ok guys...think i have to come up with a decision now...sorry for letting you guys wait for so long...actually i drag the start of the new season was because i was too lazy to think of anything or start the league lolz...now after i've mastered FIFA 06 abit and i think i'm ready to start the league now.

Here it is...my decision is based on the 10 conditions below:
1. I will start the new season, that is the 4th season with FIFA 06.
2. Sad to say to siLDes, i will stick back to F2P style (Free-to-Play), first. We might change to P2P in future.
3. Please let me time to consider when is the exact date that i will start it.
4. I will limit the players this time, the less the better to make the season as short as possible. This is because FIFA 06 World Cup will be coming out soon. We will have to change to it when it is released.
5. I will only allow some existing players to play in the new season who are responsible and did not give me troubles in the 3rd season. New players who want to play in the new season will only be selected by me. I will see who are trustworthy and only allow some to join.
6. Hamachi will be used in the new season. So everyone who has not installed the program, please download the program here.
7. The host can either host in Direct IP or Network, both are the same.
8. The best resolution to be used when playing online is 800x600 and the game detail should be set to Medium. This is to ensure no lag will occur during playing. It depends on specific's PC specifications and you should lower them more if you are having a low-spec PC and GC.
9. Further game settings rules will be announced soon. Other settings or rules will be followed as the old ones. Please refer to the first post of this thread.
10. Guys get ready and PM me if you want to join the new season. I will also PM some selected guys for confirmation and please reply me ASAP to confirm your participation. If you really are busy and not free, please do not join. Please be sure that you can complete your games every week and be sure that you're a responsible person who has promised to commit to the league and follow the rules.

Wait until i've cleared the 3rd season mess and then i will start to prepare the new season. Hope you guys are patient enough for a few more days. Stay tune for more announcements in this thread. Take care.

There's a patch released by EA that fix the lag? Then i advise everyone to download it and patch your FIFA 06 before the start of the new season. Actually i'm not sure if someone who has patched his FIFA 06 has no problem playing with someone who has not patched his FIFA 06...is there a problem or what? Which patch are you asking us to download highwind? There are so many patches there...have you installed the patch?

Does the difficulty has a big difference? Maybe the goalkeeper is greater in LEGENDARY? Anyway, i know where to download that patch as well. If you guys want, then download and install the patch from FIFA Multi Tool.

Are you really a girl who plays FIFA? Actually it's weird to see suddenly a new chick who has just registered Lowyat.net and posted here for the first time. Might be siLDes with another disguise other than Russian

Hehe anyway if you're for a real...then welcome to the league...i still don't know who i will select to play in the new season...i'm just waiting for more people to PM me if they are interested...i really have to lower the number of people in the new season...probably lesser than 20 players

Hey cutegurlz...u dun have to be frustrated bcoz u have already misunderstood us here...maybe u seldom hang around in forums so u might not know...there are plenty of disguise and pretenders that are happening in forums...many guys can disguise themselves as girls and girls disguise themselves as guys...no one knows for sure by just looking at their profiles and posts...they can put fake information as they like...so it's normal for us to act like this because this is the first time we see a girl that's into FIFA...it's a very rare thing and i never see a girl who plays FIFA in CCs or WCG (my sister sumtimes play FIFA too but she's quite a tomboy )...im not saying that girls who play FIFA are tomboys...it's normal for girls to try any games they like so please don't get us wrong here...everyone is just curious and have questions to ask...they need to be sure that "cutegurlz is really a girl and not a guy who's pretending to be a girl to play a prank on us here"

Hey guys...finally i've cleared everything from the Third Season...you guys can check out the League Overview and LYN Cup Overview...the links are also available in the 2nd post of this thread...frankly the Third Season is a big disappointment where there were a lot of games abandoned...i don't wish this to happen in the Fourth Season league and therefore, i will be extra strict and sensitive in choosing who will be allowed to join the new season...so if you guys are interested in joining, just drop me a PM (please don't MSN or E-mail me!) with the following details:

Please follow such simple rules if you want to join the new season...the exact date of the new season has not been confirmed yet but it will probably be in February...i will confirm you guys the date soon...if you think you can't commit to the league or you have no free time to play, please don't join this league and i'm really serious...please make sure you will be free and not going anywhere in the next couple of months...if there are anything you wanna ask, feel free to PM me.

A few important things you should know regarding the Fourth Season:
1. Duh of course FIFA 2006 will be used and please forget about FIFA 2005.
2. Hamachi application will be required. To know more about this, please visit Hamachi Site and download the application.
3. Number of players will be limited this time to reduce the duration of the league and stressful management. Definitely less than 20 players this time.
4. Patches might be required to improve the game. Those who have problems such as crashing of FIFA or lagness during game, please inform me in your PM as well. The need of patches will be discussed later.
5. Further new rules and games settings will be announced soon. I need to gather feedbacks from you guys and if you have anything to suggest for the rules and games settings, please feel free to post in the thread. I suggest you guys to discuss about this now rather than arguing about real life soccer teams lolz.

Aiya don't compare real life football with FIFA 06 lerr...in real life the positions are essential and players are assigned to their adapted positions by the coaches...usually defenders won't be so skillful and show their best play if they are asked to become strikers...in games like FIFA you just look at the players' attributes...if the goalkeeper in FIFA has 99 rating for heading...i also will put him to play as a striker lerr...but that's just weird and unrealistic only...still it's a nice tactic to think of and choose the players with good attributes to be put in certain positions to get the best of it in a game

Anyway...when did James become striker?? How come the coach asked him to play striker geh?? I really wanna watch that match lar lolz...but last time i remembered Bayern has 2 goalies injured...then have to ask Mehmet Scholl to become goalkeeper because all goalies were injured...unsurprisingly he let in simple goals lolz
