N97 / n97 mini by Nokia
X2 xperia by SE..

If i chop the full qwerty, options increase..
But i kinda prefer full qwerty coz i can text under the table when i am in lecture..
Touch screen in class easy to get caught by lecturer..

Milestones a good ph perhaps..
So is the n900..
But i think the n900 is just a jacked-up version of N97 with better processor and etc..
Milestone is an android phone..
Better gamble on the Nexus 1..
A more powerful version of android phone perhaps..
Not reli a big fan of android OS..
Prefer either symbian or WinMo actly..
My budget is big enough but no phone currently make me drool..

Got 3k 2 spend on a phone but dunno which phone 2 buy..

I daresay n97 mini is more LAGGY compared to the n97..
When you put the phone on standby also, more than 40% of its resources is used up already..
Mind you my HTC only use up about 30% of its resources when on standby..
Not sure why because I do not own 1 n97, and do not intend to..
Now finding ori Nokia n900 for a test run b4 deciding what phone to buy b3fore end of month..


Btw, laggy means when multi-tasking, the phones slows down or hang..
But i've yet to experience dat on my pal's n97 mini so I dun think you need to worry about hang yet..
Laggy when opening browser, music player and SMS..
I experience dat b4 during my short stint with the n97 mini..
Not very bad phone, but its aint great either..
Its good enough only for its price tag..

For Facebook, Lowyat, push email, skype (if possible since sum1 overseas), easy sms coz i sms, long battery life, music and occasional calls..
Prefer more sensitive touch and if possible, the full QWERTY as I might have hard tyme 2 spam touch screen when in class..
Prefer Ori ph also..
WinMo user 4 quite long dy, kinda like X2 coz winmo and qwerty..
But open to other alternative and suggestion..
Getting by end of this month or sooner..

Android isg getting more and more popular nowadays newayz..

Compared 2 Milestone, a.k.a. droid a.k.a. motorola milestone, I would prefer the milestone more to the n900..
Better apps and OS as android is relatively new and many updates compared 2 the Maemo (correct me if I'm wrong) that n900 employs..

In terms of looks, its nothing much different than the n97, only slightly more bigger and bulky (maybe for me)

Screen size, I rather go with the HD2.. But winmo is currently no go as Winmo 7 coming out soon (perhaps)

At lagness issue, all phone will lag after prolonged usage..
The trick is to tune out the phone so it wont lag..
WinMo excels in this field though its more complex..
Soft reset your phone once a day and I am sure it wont lag due to data clutters n etc..
So far, I experience some lagness with the n97 but not with the n900..
Maybe not yet test it to the limit..

By far, I rather wait for the n900 to develop to something more..
If you want to get a phone now, better go milestone or nexus..
They kinda rock for me..

P.S. - N900 only disappointment is it does not come with chinese input.... YET..
