I think it would be wise for you to check with the University of Bolton (through email perhaps) to ensure that i-Systems college is a partner institution and confirm the acceptance of qualification that has been stated if you are planning to pursue this course.

Our ministry will most likely be in favour of their own local schools and universities where our JPA sends most of their scholars to further their studies. Other than that it's very unlikely you will get any accreditation or recognition from them.

MQA only accredits local courses, and JPA only have a list of reputable universities, but they certainly have no authority or the means to accredit them. since JPA focuses on sponsoring students overseas, i dont know how the "favouring their own local schools and universities" come into play.

It's funny to know that the very 1st reason the college markets to attract students is.. "Only 6 subjects to complete in 1 year". Is that even educational body? Someone who tries to make you study less thing..

Is that even educational body? Someone who tries to make you study less thing.. to be fair, 6 subjects per year might mean more years to study. for example, if u study 12 subjects per year, u'll finish in 3 years. but if u study only 6 per year, then it'll take u twice as long. it's just a marketing strategy which is quite fair, but it didnt tell u "the catch". u dont study less, u just study longer LOL. do be careful. if u're still paying RM15k per year like everybody else, u're being conned. half subjects per year should translate to half the fees.

If it was a reputable university, then I would thought 6 subjects with each with 20 credits. But Bolton gave me an impression of... LOL.. If you check the website of that college, it says with diploma entries, you will be a final year students and duration would be 1 year or 2 semester. LOL!

3+1 programme is quite common, actually.
although it didnt indicate exactly how much credits each subject carries.
but i should mention firmly that i'm against any twinning programmes. if u want overseas degrees, go do it at the respective universities.

Bolton University is true uni in UK. The 1 year degree program also valid one, but students do need to have diploma, partial professional & etc to enter to this final year top-up. Bear in mind UK have NVQ in many fields, the idea of Bolton top-up degree is to allow those NVQ holder to gain 1st degree without duplicate effort in what they learned from diploma study... According to Wikipedia:
In 2012 University of Bolton was voted the worst in the country, and has hardly climbed the league tables ever since - it is currently ranked 121st out of 126 in UK, so is almost at the bottom.
University of Bolton is not even listed in the 2015-16 Time Higher Education World University Rankings!
