About food, please please we have to change our ways. No more feeding RC cat food. Do change to dog food. Why is because I adopted a hedgehog that ate RC, and his weight is 850g... super unhealthy super overweight and he can't walk properly. When I kept hedgehogs years ago, I fed them a mixture of dog and catfood, their weight was all normal and fit.

I would advice you to be your own judge of which brands to buy. Check the ingredients..... the 1st ingredient should be meat base, be it pure meat, dehydrated meat or meat meal, 2nd ingredient is ok if it is oats or rice or potato.... DO NOT GET food with Maize or Corn. Hedgehogs eating catfood, especially RC, get weight problems later, and fatty liver disease, same effects of Iams cat food.

Again, I must stress what Dr Jenny said, change your ways of feeding your hedgehogs..... use dog food instead..... brands that I find good to use, Eaglepack, Innova Evo, Acana, Natural Balance, Now, PremiumEdge. Key words to look for, holistic and no-grain.
