u cannto trim too deep
not like our nails...cos they got veins..
so look at the nails first
jsut trim the end of it
if u trim all the way to the toes, like how u trim ur own nails then sure bleed wan
hehe

hahaha, seems like the brother is handling it more than he is

the mommy half-half toilet train la
she still do her business as she likes when she's with me..
just continue with the positive reinforcement then she should do well

how many times ya?
i usually shower them only if they r dirty...
at most once a month

that's the problem jit shiong... I cannot agak agak... if you were to turn their feet and see the amount of flesh that covers the nail, it covers most of it. So cutting the nails is really hard especially when you do not have a pair of steady hands like me... Hehehe... Is it possible to lace the running wheel with the sand paper? similar type whereby they use for suggies?

For those who managed to potty trained their hedgie, what type of substrate do u used for the litter box?
i had once trained my hedgie to use litter box...Since i'm noob, that time i used normal cat litter as substrate...

However, after about 2 weeks i had to stop use the litter box due to:
1) normall cat litter (tiny one like artificial sand) no good for hedgie especially male since it will get stuck in the p*nis sweat.gif .
2) My hedgie love to use the litter box but after peeing/poop, he will dig the subtrate (like cat) to cover his 'leftover'. So end-up the litter substrate being splash all around outside the litter box cry.gif ..it so messy...

Appreciate any advise icon_rolleyes.gif
