why when I'm using Ken, even in easiest mode Seth still pawned me like normal? I can even beat him with Sakura or Dan in medium mode

is there any char that changes outfit slightly after I unlocked alternate colours aside Sakura? saw Sakura takes off her karate outfit (alternate outfit) only left her tee and gym shorts.. classic
