Useless information, R1 = R3. I had R3 and was halfway through with all the unlocking stuff when my R1 came. The R3 save game loaded perfectly when the R1 disc was inserted.
R2 is in an entirely different world...
umm..not sure for PC mode..because your save game is loaded entirely from your GFWL, means. if you cannot log in to GFWL ..you cannot laod the game..STUPIAK system. even offline version requires you to log in to your GFWL account..and depends on mood, sometimes you just take 10 mintues just to log in.

ic, what tier cammy is? Is chun li better than cammy overall? Any other strong but easy character for beginner to start with? hehe. I dun use ryu ken sagat particularly cos too many people using it. Very boring.
i think its Barlog & Zangief due to their stamina and doesn't require too much special moves combo compared to c.viper (chucky version)
lariat doesn't even require your left hand. Hardest CPU can lose to me while im eating bureger with my left hand.
it also depends on which character's timing you like, timing of combo, timing of wake up reversal, naturally like defensive type or offensive type, do you like to use more special moves than basic atks...

Tiers dont matter. You shouldnt really care about them.
Strong and easy? Zangief. LMAO
jk zangief's pretty hard to master, i think.
the hardest to master IMHO is not the combo..then again its the timing and distance
QUOTE(lovehewit @ Aug 18 2009, 05:01 PM)
Brastel: I tried zangief, my sixaxis can not do the ultra & super properly too.
Maxwong: No wonder so many people them la.
Anyone good in using Fuertel (forgot its name) lol, what's his skill actually? I find him the weakest of the bunch. Maybe I haven't seen the real Si Fu who can master him well.
el fuerte i heard is the most anti Zangief character. but i have never seen any match..
VIDEOS? anyone?

I met someone used Dhalsim 1 time, the player was so good! He can ultra, then tele transported, punch my character, and threw it into the giant fire ball!
yeah but after all those complicated combo you still find that the damage it gives cannot compare to zangief's 3 fierce punches. its really good to look at...but practically if you are not a pro..recommend you not to use dhalsim..your room for error is less..
look at my match against abel (link on my signature) i have did so many mistakes and my HP still enough to retaliate.
QUOTE(brastel @ Aug 18 2009, 05:26 PM)
i love it when people say that charge characters are harder. its totally depending on the invididuals. i know many people who play and prefer charging characters because they say its easier.
i can never link a super or ultra combo with PAds using Guile or Vega (claw) but with pads, and i mean D-pad, its easier for me to execute tight combos, since its a pad ( only 2 fingers are required) left thumb, right thumb.
QUOTE(King83 @ Aug 18 2009, 05:39 PM)
Am i the only one here who prefers fightpad?
pad = precision
stick = speed
Added on August 18, 2009, 5:40 pmby pad, i mean the d-pad, not the analog stick
Xbox analog pad is in the PS3 Dpad position.. both works fine for me..just as long and the position of the pad is at the correct place.

You dont have to be rich to own a stick.

Hobbies tend to cost money, any hobbies. Depends on how serious you're taking it that is. hehe
sticks = RM300+
Clubbing 1 night ordering liquor = rm300
kena saman for reckless driving = Rm300
Go for a car polish = Rm200
dine with GF at fine dining restaurant = rm150- rm200
upgrade graphics card = rm300 - rm400 - 5k
1 night hotel at any 5 star = rm200 - rm250
your monthly toll from PJ the Curve to KL - RM300 - Rm400
Owning a STick and train satisfactory and end up going confidently to Tournaments = PRICELESS..
Do the math..
buying a stick is a one time investment.and that will make you spend more time training at home and less time hanging outside at cyber cafe's ,yumchar, movies & clubbing..so indirectly saves hell alot of money after you got the stick.

wat i meant is those modified china 1.......
i usually look for cheaper alternative.....
hehe
please dont! trust me! you will regret it the first day.. i bougt a NAZAR stick with vibration cost RM69...and the mapping of the keys changes every 15 minutes.
if really want to go pad..please buy original PS3 or original XBOX so you can also use it for your PS3 or XBOX360 when you buy one.
