Nah, other brand even don't give recovery CD, they expect you to burn it yourself, except Dell.
The product key should be on the windows sticker, usually below the notebook.

What movie player you use? Try use Media Player Classic - HomeCinema...
As for games, well, you might need to tone down the settings...

Try update the driver? Latest now is mobility 10.4, can download directly from amd, no need to mod.

I thought U30Jc already out in US?
MY already got the U45Jc, no U30Jc though...
