well, even Asus r made in china =.="...not all china sucks r not good =/..heck, even those branded psu r being made by them

But ASUS are Taiwan brand, isn't it? The only china brand i would trust is lenovo but then, it's only because they bought out IBM which is always somewhat reliable.

I don't think u might need to OC it if your not a super hardcore gamer. i'm very pleased with my k40's performance now.

Notebook can say 95% made in china, but not all hardware stuff made in china. So far from what i know is, fujitsu using hitachi hdd who made in Vietnam,

Actually most of the time, it's other part like psu, mobo, hdd, gpu that give problem from my past experience, I think I only witness 2 time cpu failure and both is the intel p4 pukeburst Got any problem, asus would take care for us, free 2 years warranty FTW

Cant stereotype products from China de... Companies prefer to have their factories there because of low labor pay mah. Most important is still their QC.
