Slow window loading?? How slow is it?? Almost 30sec?? ..well, still reasonable, or maybe you guys can tweak a bit

my notebook is i5 processor too.. fast loading window... no problem..

mine is i3, just booting quite a bit slow, other than that, still ok lor~
waiting for a exclusive A42/52jr tread though~

need someone that very exp in notebook to open the thread.. he will give us tips n help us to solve the problem in this new laptop..

sory to say but some shop says that i3 is worst than C2D..that's why i rather wait for i5..

hehe, maybe u are right, but this laptop i get it before chinese new year as i am rushing to get a new laptop to replace my previous 4 years old acer~~
so, maybe there are better choice, but i just need to get a laptop fast though~
anyways, so far, still satisfied with this i3 performance lo~

they said that because the want to sale their notebook with C2D.. better you check the review about proc at internet mate.. my opinion..

nope..they say that as i was buying this i5..he said better buy the i5 rather than i3 coz C2D is better than i3..

i5=hypertreading + turboboost
i3= hypertreading, mean that just 2 cores, but able run with 4 treads
c2d= 2cores, 2 treads.

i think is diifficult to compare as the technology is different~

the most powerful i3 is just under my p8700 c2d. xD

Well, i3 can be compared with C2D P8 Series & T9 Series..if not better opt for i5 ...got Turbo Boost & HTT, while i3 only consist of HTT ...

why my a42jr couldnt read dvd?
i insert a dvd, nothing detected. even the asus driver dvd was not detected.
i check device manager, all drivers are ok, no problem.
