Yes, only certain category and with approved reasons of shares transfer allowed.I was told that if 1 wants to transfer shares to another person, it cannot be done?
For personal transfer, only immediate family member tranfer can be done, and must attached supporting documents, like marriage certificate (transfer to spouse), birth certificate (transfer to son/daughter/siblings/parents).
