erm, u mean college? i think u can apply for the march intake if they got 1(but in condision that you're in kumpulan 1)
or u want to postpone it, after u finished ur studies, then go back to NS

u can continue to study while u're in NS
but either they give u leave with cert or postpone(depends on the situation)

if u postponed it, after u finished ur studies(degree/diploma/etc), they will send u another offer letter to u to ask u go to NS
then u will become uncle/aunty already

offer letter from college/school/gov/JPA/maktab/uitm/bla bla bla
college, form 6 also can
