My brother been selected as candidate for 2011 but until now have not yet receive the assign letter.
And i check the 2nd batch name list (in national service website) could not locate his name, is it means he will be in 3rd batch? or just maybe only

Due do this unknown schedule, it bring alot of trouble, cos we cant plan for his future now, like just wasting time on waiting and not doing anything, i try to contact NS but no respond from them.

Here the main point, is it possible for him go simply go to any camp on the register date and register? but he dont have any letter...

please advice, i not understand how government arrange schedule,
want to do things but dont it properly..
headache..

keith, you can try calling their office's number and ask them your brother's name izit in third batch? if it doesnt in second batch list, means ur brother is not in second batch... you can tell ur bro to go find a part time job while waiting for third batch.
