You can either write a formal letter to them and send it to their email, you can get it from their website. Or you can call their headquarters.

Call their headquarters, their phone number is stated @ their official website. But they will ask you to go to their headquarters that is in KL if I'm not mistaken.

Wrong, many people attempted to do that but they do not know that they are making a big mistake. Yes using that method, you will be able to go home after 1 or 2 weeks. But their names are not removed from the list, their names will be deferred only. So after you completed your studies, you'll have to go again. My friend was forced by the JLKN to go again, damn pity him.
if you are plan on deferring, just get the supporting documents then go to their headquarters only la. It's the same. You go there for 1 or 2 weeks doesn't mean the government will let go you that easily.
yes you are only allowed to keep their handphones on weekends, but I heard that it isn't safe to bring expensive phones like IPHONE,ITOUCH etc.

Not just that, you may have to repeat the whole process of 3months again

Emm,nice but danger at night or raining,cause u can easily knock into a cow,and normally cost your life~~but its quite near to Kampar town,which is the food heaven muahahahah~

Well... 1 - See if u are lucky or not, if unlucky - sent to old camp which is like hunted mansion, and note that different camp different food quality~
lucky mine are good food, and i managed to escape the camp . medical check - just say u got athsma and do some checkup.
the doctor are so nice, she asked if i wanna go back or not LOL , yes la, so disqualified .
environment there is .... tested u to the limits , toilet door - no locks
bedroom dusty + stinks ( for me, the bed used for 8 years straight, no wash!! stinks like hell ZZZZzz), mosquito and insect visits every night.
not only that, the food = DAMN HOT + sweet !! ( imagine stand under sun for 3~5 hour straight, and eat damn lot of chilli !!!
the schedule are also pack, so be ready for 5 am wake up , 12 am sleep
oh ya, bring in BOOKS to read for entertainment, chess i think also can ~
PS : those who applied for Further study , HAVE to return to the camp AFTER complete the studies!
my batch have few 20++ return there, as told by the teachers. And my friend do received letters for - joining the Plkn.
