Does that mean the 12.5% min has to be maintained at all times ?

What if the 12.5% bumi sell off all their shares to non-bumi after IPO ?

they must maintain the 12.5%... so if trading involve with any bumi will subjected with FIC rules...

and with this new FIC rules this wil draw less investor attention bcoz majority investor in stock market are Chinese whistling.gif

But how are they going to maintain at min 12.5% when the trading can exchange between non-bumi and bumi ?

Unless bumi can only sell to bumi lots just like houses.

Anybody know ?
