I don't really like Poon Kee, thier HQ is in Bdr.Mahkota Cheras. They actually started from mobile trucks and now they have their own outlets. Thay also sell 'chee cheong fun' together with their 'tong sui'. Funny thing is, when I asked is there any cold 'tong sui' the operator tells me, " Add ice, and it is cold ". rclxub.gif

There's one hidden gem in 11th Mile Cheras near balakong. It is just a stall opening in the evenings and closes at 11.00 pm because it all sold out. Very popular with the locals here as it is cheap. Serves 3 types daily and changes everyday. Also serves local 'char koh' like pak tong koh, yau char kwai, ham chin peng, fat koh, siew peng, ang ku kueh etc etc. (you get the idea). He also sells pau and fried noodles (king chai mai fun) It's very hidden and it is just right beside the badminton hall there.
