Unable to place Videos into my HTC touch HD .

Hi there , I'm a HTC Touch HD owner .
Well , I'm having a small problem in uploading videos into my phone here... It seems that dragging and dropping wouldn't work , and my Windows Media Player can't seem to read .mp4 files so I can't sync it . Help please ! |

try soft reset your pda and try again.

have your try htc diamond, touch hd video convertor ? try google ,

convert them to .3gp files..
drag and drop dont work? i supposed its the problem with the file name.. the device cant read chinese letters or others. try changing it to all alphabets |

@Decky,
1. Dont use Activesync Mode while you plugin your devices, use DiskDrive Mode 2. After you have transfer all your mp4 file into your stroage card. 3. Use Coreplayer to play your mp4 or avi. btw, you may also go to HTC HD Thread |
