i would say nutrilite
its one of the top 5 in this world and they are the 1st brand

why nutrility
-organic and natural
-1million insurance incase anything goes wrong(no one ever did claim it before in this world^^)
-its a bit expensive and you may find the nutrient lower then what u can find normal store but its natural not chemical made so it will be easier for your body to absorb
- best part is it speaks for itself^^

u may think the price is a bit more expensive then other brand but its good stuff
and do remember u can try your luck for the 1 million USD jackpot if u ever try haha

Do you have this SLEEP APNEA in the first place.

http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1420456

Or u may even read the insurance company taking this matter lightly

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...&#entry34253270

Sleep Apnea patient can cause death to others when u driving in the afternoon or night time.
Your body will shut the whole system down and you could be in wonderland the next day .
Most importantly is that these patient are aware of it and won't cause death to others or permanent disability if they drive.

I hope more of you support me so that i can go up and create awareness of it to the public and private health.

Sleep too much and you'll get lazy.

Reduce sleep time to 6 hours. Works for me.

Dear Friend,

The 4 Pillars of Optimal Health

1. Exercise
2. Diet
3. Daily Rest
4. Positive Mental Attitude

Even if you take supplement and 8 hours sleep, do you Exercise...it is very Important..

Taking supplement only without balanced doesnt gave you Optimal Health.

Good luck....

Firstly you need to have proper sleep habits https://sleepfoundation.org/sleep-topics/sleep-hygiene

Secondly, you need to make sure you do not have sleep apnea. To diagnose or rule out sleep apnea , you need to do sleep study
There are two types of sleep studies:
1) Full attended sleep study - you go to hospital at night and sleep overnight and next morning on waking up can go home/work straight away. Cost < 100 in government hospital but in private can be anywhere from 1000 - 3000.
2) Partial sleep study - done at your home. Information obtained is not complete but good enough to know if you have sleep apnea or not but deficient in a number of aspects depending on the type of partial study done. Costs 250-350. Mostly done by private set-ups ( hospitals or companies dealing with CPAPs). They hardly do partial sleep study in government hospitals.

There are a number of ways of treating sleep apnea :
1) Loose weight especially if your BMI>30
2) Sleep on your side if the apneas occur mostly on your back - for this you will need the doctor to explain the sleep report in a bit more detail ie spending 5 minutes rather than 5 seconds (by just telling you your AHI)
3) CPAP which is currently the best option as far as medical science is concerned
4) Surgery if your surgeon knows how to locate the exact site of blockage when you sleep by doing a sleep endoscopy and also is an experienced surgeon in sleep surgery
5) MAD (mandibular advancement devices) or TAD (tongue advancement devices) - not so popular, not so comfortable and effective

Please be aware that by not treating your sleep apnea, you are at a health risk - it is just like having diabetes and not treating it. Yo must never stop unless you have loss a lot of weight and another sleep study shows that your sleep apnea has resolved due to your tremendous weight loss.

Hi TS,

I also face this issue. Even if I sleep 7-10 hours i still feel sleepy.
I normally try to get more sleep during weekends.
I exercise 2/3 times a week and I find swimming/gym helps a little for me.
I'm not overweight but have a little high fat level thus i'm trying to adjust my diet. icon_rolleyes.gif
