Its RICE. I cannot eat rice. If I eat rice i'll wake up very tired, feel lazy.. , dizzyy and sleep long long long hours. Now I dont have the dizzy problem anymore just tired because i dream alot. In order to have a good sleep, follow these: 1. Do not exercise half an hour b4 sleep 2. Make sure your bedroom is for sleeping only. Don't do other things like watch TV, read books, etc. 3. Set a nice environment for sleeping, probably light up some aromatheraphy candles 4. Drink warm milk

Most ppl can't sleep because of stress I think, so try ur best to relax ur mind, don't think about what to do tomolo bla bla bla, just close ur eyes and relax This post has been edited by chingwooi: Jul 24 2009, 07:45 PM

You might not feel asleep but are you sure you can pay full attention on what they teacher's teaching?

Not full attention, but can copy notes and grasp important points.... If i have full sleep at night from 11pm to 6am, i would just doze off in class...
but after 12pm wide awake...
how to fix this? i think i screwed up my "body clock" somewhere...

When you mentioned you sleep from5.30 to6.30 only, does that mean you don't sleep in the afternoon? LOL.

Like yesterday noon sleep from 3-5pm (2hrs) Then today morning only sleep at 5.30am and wake up at 6.30, at school feel wide awake. Back from school sometimes dont sleep at all or same like yesterday 3-5pm nap

Basically, sleep early, wake up early. This post has been edited by chingwooi: Jul 27 2009, 03:55 AM
