Added on July 23, 2009, 4:14 pmI have the same problem last time... I know the cause of it for me la. Its RICE. I cannot eat rice. If I eat rice i'll wake up very tired, feel lazy.. , dizzyy and sleep long long long hours. Now I dont have the dizzy problem anymore just tired because i dream alot. (but not as tired as having rice)

In order to have a good sleep, follow these:
1. Do not exercise half an hour b4 sleep
2. Make sure your bedroom is for sleeping only. Don't do other things like watch TV, read books, etc.
3. Set a nice environment for sleeping, probably light up some aromatheraphy candles
4. Drink warm milk

It's 2-3 hours before sleep I think. Most ppl can't sleep because of stress I think, so try ur best to relax ur mind, don't think about what to do tomolo bla bla bla, just close ur eyes and relax tongue.gif

But if i sleep at 11pm and wake up next day at 6:30am i'm sure to fall asleep in class... no idea why? whats wrong with me?

Power nap that would be, yet still it's not healthy to do so. You might not feel asleep but are you sure you can pay full attention on what they teacher's teaching?

Not full attention, but can copy notes and grasp important points.... If i have full sleep at night from 11pm to 6am, i would just doze off in class...

but after 12pm wide awake...

how to fix this? i think i screwed up my "body clock" somewhere...

I will not recommend burning candles especially in an enclosed air conditioned room. It's better to have more oxygen for conducive sleep.

Let say ur morning class is at 8 a.m try to wake up around 6-6.30 a.m then you should be able to get rid of ur sleepy head. Basically, sleep early, wake up early.
