VIT C is high in antioxident...But wont give that much energy...The one that give's energy is B complex because it burns up carbo, fat or toxins and turn it into energy. Both Vit C and Vit B is best take together....We need Vit C because Vit C got cooling effect to calm down the Hot effect of B Complex. And B complex is needed to transport Vit C around.

get someone to help you on this, remind u everytime what u should do,
stress u up till u wake up, scream at u when u so lazy to...

they u pay that person...tongue.gif

should help i guess, its kinda like ur mindset problem....

Hi, yes some would say warm milk, some prefer warm Nestum... or Milo... or even honey. However, for me the drink before sleep is more to prevent midnight hunger pangs... biggrin.gif Coz if i get hungry i won't be able to sleep smile.gif

Maybe as suggested b4 is that TS lack quality sleep.try the vitamins and exercise,but it could also be ur sleep posture (mattress/pillow does not give correct support,etc)

sleep at 10pm and wake up at 7am

and work at 9 - 6

I take calcium, B complex, multivitamin daily

I drink lots of water and it seems i always feel thirsty because im a person who gives lots speech to friends and customers and relatives, so when i speak alot whole day long i always feel thirsty,therefore to me i drink lots of water. Since standard 1 i brought 1.5 litre bottle of water everyday,carry it everyday. so basically if drink,i could drink up more than 3-5 litre per day coz im a heavy athlete too,coz i swim,basketball and work out alot,so im consume lot water all the time.

Better add protein to that...Coz cell needs protein to repair or generate....Protein is the main building block for Cells. If the problem still persist after 2 weeks. Then you might need to go for a blood test to find out what happen. If blood test result ok, then maybe is the way you sleep that is affecting your rest.

aight listen if you've noticed an increased weight gain and demilished appetite and like you've said previously fatigue despite having slept enough...as well as constipation you might wanna have to get your thyroid checked (TSH horomone level...just go to a clinic/hospital and askem for a thyroid screening).
