About the comparison in HN, did you think about the settings? I don't think it is not accurate just comparing like that. Take into consideration the lightning condition of the showroom, break in time, color calibration etc and if all units are professionally tuned by anfieldude - and then the samsung still looks the best - then I will have no doubt.

Ask yourself this, what if your eyes tells you Samsung color is the best because it is in Dynamic Contrast mode, then you bought it and reach home, put back to normal mode, then anfieldude tune it and it becomes worst than S10?

Bro, when I tested them at HN I told the sales person not to con me by adjusting the pictures to the brands advantage.  So he promptly put all Samsung, Pana S, Hitachi & Samsung Non HD to standard and then to Dynamic to check.

Even then the Samsung won the Pana anytime.
The pana had a kind of very mild haze effect, whereas the Hitachi was much better then the pana in that area.

If you intend to use it on STOCK setting then maybe Samsung looks better to you. But if I were to spend so much on a Plasma, I will get professional to calibrate it for me later. The problem is I don't trust my eyes, I trust professional calibrator to bring the best out of the display for me. Eyes can be deceiving, because every manufacturer setting is different. Even all on standard mode, it doesn't mean it is the same for all models. Panasonic standard setting is different from Samsung standard setting.
