is there a way for me to check the total uptime of my sony bravia lcd tv?

Yea, it is not recommended to set the service setting unless you have someone who is expert with this or you yourself is expert.

thanks! will this work with the new V-series? as the new BRAVIAs have a XMB style menu much like the PSP and PS3
