Good Seller. In his attempt to provide a better service, made a minor error. But he was very responsive and so the matter was quicly resolve.

Anyway, a word to prospective buyers, video format for the psp is compatible with this player. In my experience, good up to 480x272 at a variety of frame rate and bit rate using format factory.

Synchronizing and playlist creation is great using winamp. Audio formats are quite limited tho with no support for lossless except Wav.

Bottomline is the seller is providing a great service selling this device!

i get the walkman from Teoh last week, im really impress with the built quality of this player, the OLED screen is a WOW, about the sound quality...hmmm i hv no comment coz im still "cooking" the earphone, overall, i give a 8 out of 10 for this blacky:3

p/s: thkx Teoh for your walkman, but i didnt get the earbuds...yet T_T the earbud with the earphone is a bit big to me, let me know anyhow then ok?

Oo there is no warranty because u are not get it officially from Sony Reseller of course there is some different. But since i use it almost half year ald, no problem occur, still the best.hehe. The price is cheaper half price from the market and i know Sony is control strictly on the product quality so actually no need to worry abt it.

i use iPod touch and iPod nano before,but i felt that no different i pay RM599 and RM1299 but i get the same sound quality.no point.
Sony product,how much u paid how much u get, this is why x series rated as "The Best MP4 player of 2009". Battery life is 2x of iPod touch and i like the noise canceling function and the excellent sound quality. It's feels good!!
There is no warranty because u are not get it officially from Sony Reseller. But u can ask my customer how they feel abt it. Thanks bro.
