Ah, I get what you're trying to say now
All salesmen sure have sales target and I'm sure all of them would love to close a sale the 1st time a customer walks in. But for hifi I think customers want to take their time to audition and compare. Personally I don't like hard sell type of salesman. That kind of approach turns me off. So a shop that takes a softer approach will probably win in the end. Anyway, what makes you think the salesmen at A&L can't succeed with the approach they take. A&L got a few branches, the salesmen all keep their jobs, so something must be going right for them. |
