Hey guys, quick question.
My DSlite sleep mode isn't working. I think it isn't working lah. Every game that I try, I close the screen (not turn off) but it doesn't go into sleep mode.
The battery light isn't blinking and the sound from the game is still moving laugh.gif
Is it that my DS is faulty?
Does anyone know where I can send it for repair that is good, efficient and trustworthy?

p/s. It wouldn't affect me normally, but I can't play my Zelda Phantom Hourglass! cry.gif hehe, thanks in advance for all the help ya.

The sleep mode works by placing a magnet nearby the lower screen. Since the DS speakers are right above the said screen when closed, the magnets from the speakers trigger the sleep mode on the DS.

I'm not sure what is used to detect the magnet force, but that part's probably blown, or it could be your speakers. Try placing a magnet like in the video below to see if your sleep mode still works.
