Recently I have signed the SPA for free hold condo (2nd hand property, no strata title yet (buy from owner when the condo has just completed)) and inside my SPA there`s one term which is "State Authority Consent under Section 433B". According the statement since I`m foreigner, I need to get the approval from KL state (my property under KL area).
The question is, how long normally this process (approval for since State Authority Consent) will take?
Is it true around 2-3 months? or less than that?
Is there any website or something that I can use to track the progress of approval process?
Hopefully somebody who has this experience can enlighten me, since i`m so anxious to move to my new place.
