means I send it with the poslaju plastic bag, not by parcel..

You can get someone to deliver it personally. Don't know what the cost is, if it's less expensive you might get someone (in your family?) to deliver it personally.

i suppose you are referring to pos ekpress - meant for document type.
as long as the weight does not exceed the limit allow should not be a problem

Pos ekspres and poslaju is not the same. Pos ekspres envelope you can put anything such as books, documents, clothes as long they fit the envelope and does not exceed the max weight stated.

As stated buy previous forumer...you cannot buy courier bag but you can request the poslaju staff to put your parcel in a courier bag if you want to. Some post office will not put your parcel in courier bag unless requested by the sender and some branch will automatically do.
