Heard Farelli F1000 tyre before? It cost RM 80.00. I haven't change yet. Just ask one of my regular repair motorbike shop.

Is there a different F1800, F900 and F1000?

QUOTE(lewatmalam @ Nov 14 2009, 02:55 PM)
Farrelli tires are 100% Malaysian made tires. They have been in the market for quite some time. Their tires are also "Pancit Boleh Jalan", the only TRUE tire that is with this technology that is certified by Sirim.

I guess you were quoted RM 80 for a tubeless 80/90x17 tire right ? Where are you located ? I might be able to help you get it for less.

To answer your question about the difference of F1000, F900 and F1800; it all bores down to thread pattern actually. F1000 is similar to Dunlop's TT100 while F900 is similar to Dunlop's TT900. F1800 is a mixture of 2 thread patterns being TT Sotong.

Thanks for the reply lewatmalam. Yes, the boss quote me RM 80 for a tubeless 80/90X17 (Farrelli F1000). Right now my wave100R rear tyre going to finish the thread after 2 years using it. It is a TT900 Dunlop. Very good tyre i must said. But want to try other brand tyre and found out this farrelli tyre from rikilee blog F1800 and said it is very good and some more 'Pancit Boleh Jalan'. That's why attracted me. Unfortunately the shop boss don't have thus recommended me F1000 but I said don't want. I asked him to look for me, but i doubt that.

I'm located at Puchong nearby the army camp and bintang supermarket area. Do you know where to get F1800 tyre?

Appreciate your help.

Just change to Maxxis tyre MA-3D 70/90 17. It is very nice tyre but a bit pricey. Maybe the shop that change for me charged very high. Tyre only RM 105 + RM 5 valve. Burn RM 110.

Suppose to look for Farrelli tyre but hard to find. Last bought the F1800 also purposely back to Ipoh to get it. sad.gif
