Hi,i planning to get a property for investment (long term also can)...but my budget is about below RM180k (my salary is about RM2500 only) but now saving only can get very little interest,so i plan to start getting property...any suggestion? And based on all sifus here, can i know is tat possible for me to get the loan if i want to purchase property below RM180k? I planning to find a landed property (if possible) but not going to stay myself, any suggestion that can do as investment purpose also? Thanks for all sifu and suggestions...thanks

why dont you pick up a book about property investment first? That would be the best investment for you IMHO.

Then only you start to look for your target location.

One way to start is to find a location which you think has potential, then look at the classifieds in the Star. Compare those for sale and for rent and you will have a rough idea whether there is demand for that area.

Added on June 30, 2009, 12:40 amFor landed property < Rm180k, dont think you can find one which is located at good location.

when you say investment, are you looking for capital gain or rental income?

Puchong Utama if u stay there u will know that, most resident there facing problems of frequent break-in, not a good place to invest. smile.gif

Saujana Puchong is just way too far from main area that is close to Tesco and Jusco.
