i forgot my phone lock code and i cant change it >< any idea how to retrieve it?

yaya phone code >< i tried looking through first page but didnt notice that guide. now only saw it cause hiding in spoiler sumore too many infos in first page will try it later. thanks

8. It will read the permanent memory file and save it on the disk at following path.
C:\Program Files\NSS\Backup\pm\<IMEI>.pm

9. Open the .pm file using Notepad.
10. Now scroll until field [308], and on the 5th Record (5=) your security code is saved at there.
11. Like 5=31313131310000000000
12. Remove all “3” digit and it will be 31313131310000000000
13. 11111 is your security code.
14. Done!!

im stuck at step number 10
my phone dont have the 5=
got 0=, 1=, 3=, 4=, 6=, 7=, and 9= but dont have 5=

does it mean i never put phone code?

but i remember putting phone code in the first place

ya no 5 common number under key [308]

but when i try to soft or hard reset, it ask for my phone code.. then after few tries it says, 5 incorrect code in a row thingy, say code will unlock in 5 minutes thingy..

even 12345 oso dun work

can i flash the firmware to overcome this problem?
my firmware latest d 20.175. but how to reflash? last time i flash is using software checker in phone and it auto done it by itself.

i changed my micro sd once. could it because of the memory card i changed that now even if i key in the correct code it wont recognize it?
