any guys facing the problem that..
the main screen of your phone changes from brown to white colour and back to brown..

now thinking of switching to either n85, 5800express or iphone 3g..

Erm..i wonder why my N85 cant play some mp4 file??

the screen switches from brown to white then back to brown and back to white..

my phone dont have the 5=
got 0=, 1=, 3=, 4=, 6=, 7=, and 9= but dont have 5= 

does it mean i never put phone code?

can i flash the firmware to overcome this problem?
my firmware latest d 20.175. but how to reflash? last time i flash is using software checker in phone and it auto done it by itself.

i changed my micro sd once. could it because of the memory card i changed that now even if i key in the correct code it wont recognize it?

But my file was mpeg 4 and the audio is aac .. still cannot play... 
I still havent manage to get a corecodec coreplayer

Well i used tht, and the file size was 125Mb
i got try use my phone directly update, but then it says the installer file got problem :/

one problem after another...

everytime i play a song, it runs smoothly until it finishes the song,
it won't be able to switch to the next song automaticly, hence displaying the message
"General : System error"

after i get that msg, i won't be able to play any other songs until i restart the phone..
(i stil can play the song directly from my file manager, bt not in the music player)

is tis a problem tat can be solved easily or hav to send bak to claim warranty?

Actually how to get in to C drive & Z drive?
I use FFxplore to click in, but it seem like crash and exit immediately.

phew...after a bit help from our best friend,
my problem seems to be temporary solved(coz i dunno whether tis will occur again onot)

here's the trick, simple & easy :

1. switch off the phone
2. remove the memory card
3. start the phone without the memory card
4. insert the memory card after the phone is fully started
5. tadaa, the music player is as smooth as silk

Still not yet discover too much on my N85...
Cuz scare of damage it..

Anyway, just checked my firmware version
it is only V11
If not mistaken, V30 is already available.
So, if i wanna update it.
Do i need to format my phone be4 update the firmware?
If yes, which format code to use?

so far no data yet.
my product code is 0561448.
I wanted to check it too,
but dunno how to do it.
