anyway... you can try update your firmware OTA ...using your phone...

thats normal if you know what things inside your phone.. by the way.. you can try by clearing your cache[in your hp browser]

okay.. if you still not satisfied..

backup all things in your memory card and copy to your computer... make sure you have enabled to see all hidden files

then format your memory card,.. after format.. then you can put the backup files back to the memory car

it is available in certain themes..

go to setting >> general >> personalisation >> themes >> general >> choose any themes that you want... >> then press option >> theme effects >> on ..

remember.. not all themes has transition effects,..,
