all mode ive tested.. auto mode.. close up mode... etc.. none of this got clear picture.. the pic still blurr... the distance oso oredi adjust but still the same.. hp ni kene campak longkang je la... adussss....

are u really in auto mode now...?

if yes.. whenever you 'half press' the camera shutter button.. you should see the red/green line/box means it will focus...

if no that , means... you are in other mode such as landscape/potrait.., etc.etc..

but, if you are really sure you are in auto mode or focus mode, then.. there are something weird.. you may need to reinstall the OS , or upgrade the OS..

Upgrade OS That something new...

OS = firmware
install the firmware update. [if available] ..

if using the latest firmware.. , can hard reset the phone

Ok, this morning my phone screen suddenly turned dark red then started to flick now it turned black.. but the phone still doing fine >.< I think the AMOLED died already

speaker terrible? the N85's speakers are never terrible, it is one of the best Nseries speakers

just mind that, it is not as good as N73's speaker, but it is still not terrible

Mine sounded like static, the music produced are the worst I have ever heard in my life..

N85's speakers are good.. but of course not as good as N8 or even N73.. but it is not bad too


I suspect yours is reconditioned set or 2nd hand set


I don't have N85 already, I gave to my cousin last 2 yrs already . He still have and use it, and the N85 is still fine with him..

I see, so nobody uses this phone anymore? Hmm, but is not that long ago right? I think it was launched on 2007.. Yeah, pretty much 6 years had passed already.. But my nokia 5800 which I bought on 2008 is still working...

Of coz. Nokia HP build quality is very good. My old Nokia 6020 which I bought in 2005 is still in very good condition. I still keep it for some sentimental value.

Cool, but my record for a phone is when I bought Alcatel One Touch 557 which I bought on 2004 which still works perfectly fine until today..
Anyhow now its on the craze for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and S4...
Time has changed but I have to agree with you that Nokia phones are so superb..
My NOkia n85 is still working but I don't know why the speakers are very bad quality.
The speakers are now like breaking up even at low levels..

If you still have N70, N71, N72, N73, N75/N76, N78, N79, N80, N81, N82, N85, N86, N90, N91, N92, N93, N95, N96, N97 or even N900 and N-gage
[N9 and N8 still can get]

please appreciate and keeps that phones, because those phones are one of the best lines/series in Nokia.

I still remember when Nokia was still on the top, people still want to buy the Nokia phones although they are expensive.

Who have gut to spend RM2400 for a single core 434MHz ARM11 processor nowadays, but people could spend it to buy Nokia N97 last time,,
