there is always update but its up to TS and members to share them like new software,games, features photo etc etc

Ugh... my phone got problem la. the contacts app seems to be corrupted. i can't add/edit/view my contacts at all.

can anyone suggest how to fix? i tried soft-reset. doesn't help

but NSU said no updates.

used *#0000#, found update. downloaded and want to install

restarted phone shown cannot.

i had the same problem too, somewhat the same. after finish downloading update, when restart phone, say can't install update.

well.. can i know what is your product code..?
you can check at back.. open the cover.., take out the battery.. find the white sticker.. find the product code there..

I used NSS to change to the photos shown on the first page here, saying V31 available. but too bad.... cannot update

my original product code is singapore geh.

i checked, Nokia page error.

last time i play with n73, 5800 and n97 also no problem.

change the product code then update. can easily change the firmware.

I remember last time when i have problem updating my phone firmware. I change my product code using NSS to Malaysia product code (mine was AP from KSA) then I sent to Nokia Center to update the firmware. After that I had no problem updating my phone firmware through OTA.

how come they[Nokia Centre] not check the original phone product code..[sticker at back phone]
