check your phone memory , memory card. .. check the memory left... if its small[below 500MB ] no wonder..

maybe updating firmware also can solve your problem..ok

lol.. other factors is.. maybe you open many other apps...then you forget to close it..[while it still open]
that also can make your system laggy..

I see. i finish update my firmware and restoring my memory from memory card to the phone but till ahlfway, it said phone will restart and i click ok , then after the phone finish restart then i go back and check with the file manager and the sentence " restore back memory from m'card still exist " Like didn't restore finish like that. Is this normal?

my phone tends to "hang" suddenly, hang as in no calls or text can come in or go out... but i can still like press around and stuff.. why is this happening?
