i just watched Lake Mungo. i like the concept the made it like a amockumentary, the actors were good at it. the show, the made it like real. but for me, it was more like a drama, telling about grief and sad due to lost of daughter. then they found she had a dark secret in her. The show overall is a bit slow. And about the ghost part, it only came in towards the end, and not much scene also.. but i'd to admit, the photographs/video stills it looks real

i personally kinda like Paranormal Activity, bcoz i can feel the intense living in their shoes, and theres more "action than talking" compare to Lake Mungo.

REC and Quarantine, the storyline are the same right?
i watched quarantine at cinema, is REC supposed to be scarier?

just watched case 39, not really that horror if u ask me, but the movie is good!

crap? is it? i think quarantine and rec both are almost the same, did not differ much.. maybe u can enlighten me

as for rec2, initially the storyline was good.. when the said the rabies was actually demonic possession, im still ok.. but the ending where the demon/girl uses voice recognition and the worm-like thingy came out from mouth of the demon.. that was totally crap..

u can use search functions.. theres a lot of threads talking bout paranormal activity.

but yes, to me it is a good horror movie.. reminds me of blair witch.. but less scarier

to me, over recent years, only paranormal activity 1 and quarantine really creeps me out..
i still remembered, after watching PA1 i couldnt sleep with light off
their sequels kinda disappoint though
kinda hard to find horror movies that r really horror these days

like i said, their sequel not as good as no 1..
REC / quarantine 1 = damn creepy.
