Household tropic vs bevery resident, my 1st house

hey guys.. i have a question here.. im going to buy my 1st property, which i cant make up the decision between the pros n cons.. tropic (ss2) is offering free hold 250k for 625sq completed end 2010. bevery resident (bu12)offering lease hold 350k for 1260sq ready to move in.. any advice ? im puzzle for a small under construction apartment and complete lease hold townhouse.. also, any nice loan recommand me?

afaik, the only remaining units in tropics are those facing the indian cemetary & crematorium next to KDU. do bear in mind that earlier buyers of tropics purchased their swimming pool facing / BU facing units at abt RM180k a pop. that should give u an idea on the feasibility of tropics if u were to vest over there now.
