there's a set of different criterias for everyone

however, financial stability and status is always the first talk
pretty much generalized if you ask me

girls are sensitive and have different or specific needs
monetary wealth may not be the prima priority

go get to know the person better if u're interested in her

if you think it's necessary for you that you require your spouse to have a stable career or perhaps a degree graduate, i'd say go for it
don't compromise just because you think you are in risk of might not be able to find the one

if you really like things that the person is doing
you are already liking a part of him/her

it's pretty normal to doubt/reconsider your unique judgement and perhaps what your heart truly wants

people often did not realize that they are going to regret not doing what they truly wants

which one are you going for
risk made up by the others that you're prolly not gonna get a spouse that way
or
the risk of not being able to truly satisfy/delight yourself because you forgone your best interest due to fear
