why you go and do the 5k/month thing? 3years?

go and stretch it abit longer lor then monthly is halved to 2-3k range.. they count your monthly overheads wan mah.. so if gaji is 10k and monthly also pay house+car = 8-9k then sure they will reject.. if house+car = 5k then ok lor..
